1. Eligibility for Returns

Returns are accepted only under the following conditions:

The product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
The issue is reported within 24 hours of receiving the product.
The product remains unused and in its original packaging.
Proof of purchase and supporting evidence (photo or video) is provided.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

Products damaged due to customer misuse or mishandling.
Used, opened, or altered products.
Clearance, promotional, or discounted items unless they are defective.
Products returned without original packaging or proof of purchase.

3. Return Process

To request a return:

Contact SunMart customer support with your order details.
Provide photos or videos showing the issue.
Our team will review and verify the claim.
Once approved, you will receive instructions for returning the product.

4. Refunds & Replacements

Refunds are processed only after the returned product has been received and inspected.
Approved refunds may take 5–7 business days to be completed, depending on the payment method.
Customers may choose a replacement product, exchange, or refund where applicable.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us immediately and provide clear photo or unboxing video evidence.

In verified cases, SunMart will bear the return or replacement shipping cost.

6. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

For Cash on Delivery orders, refund amounts will be processed through a suitable payment method agreed upon by both parties after verification and approval.
