3. Orders & Payments

Orders can be placed through our website using Cash on Delivery (COD) or Online Payment methods.

SunMart reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order due to product unavailability, pricing errors, payment issues, or suspicious activity.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate billing and delivery information.

4. Delivery & Shipping

We currently deliver products across Bangladesh.

Delivery times are estimated and may vary depending on location, courier operations, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

SunMart is not responsible for delays caused by third-party courier services.

Any additional costs resulting from incorrect delivery information provided by the customer will be the customer's responsibility.

5. Returns & Refunds

Returns or exchanges are accepted only for damaged, defective, or incorrect products.

Customers must report any issue within 24 hours of receiving the product.

Returned products must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Refunds or replacements will be processed after verification and approval by our support team.

Customers are requested to inspect products in the presence of the delivery agent whenever possible.

Orders placed without the intention of receiving them may result in account restrictions or refusal of future orders.
